Carrie Yardley, Esq.

Carrie serves her clients throughout Maine virtually, digitally, by phone, and in her Biddeford, Yarmouth, and Portland co-working spaces. In addition to having deep roots in the local community, she has two decades’ experience resolving conflicts in courts, administrative proceedings, and arbitrations. She received her BA from Wesleyan University, graduating with honors, and her JD from the Boston University School of Law. She lives in Yarmouth, Maine with her husband, Benjamin Yardley. Her daughter, Hannah, just started her own legal career.

We start by getting to know you, listening to your story, and understanding your individual needs and goals. We help you anticipate the risks you may encounter on the way to your goals, and provide you with a legal plan to address those risks. We help you implement your plan and put you in the best possible position to avoid a dispute. If a dispute arises, we guide you through its resolution.
